back at work on sat. =(

Why am i doing here?

I wondered outloud.

It's a perfectly fine Sat morn. And i found myself at the new NETS office. Infront of the com.

And i'm not on shift today.

In case you're thinking i'm out of my mind, we've just shifted office. From 2nd to 4th level! Wah.. it's a loong flight of stairs up to 4th floor leh. Hmm! Maybe i shall take the lift from now on. Dunno if the change was for the better or worse. (Doh.. of cos it's for the better for the company) The new phone system is damn scary. To increase efficiency level. And anything to increase efficiency is scary 'kay. Not to mention the supervisors are able to tap into our calls to see how we're handling customers. Bleah.

And to think i'm getting quite cosy in my 'lil corner at the old office. In the privacy of my cubicle. My new desk (yes, no more cubicles) is so exposed. Somemore i'm back-facing the door. Gah.

Anw, it's 1pm now. Time to go off!!

Planning to go ECP cycling with dear later. Then eat our fav Kenny!! =p~~ Pls pls pls... dun let it rain & spoil my day!!!

First i woke up with fever on a beautiful SATURDAY. (there goes my break)
Then juz when it got better, i contracted some kinda skin allergy.
Red bumpy patches started appearing all over me while i was at work on monday.
It doesn't help that it's ugly. It's also v itchy.
I look like i got full invasion from some kinda killer mosquito swarm or smth.
Gah!!

My prayers & calamine lotion were not answered last night.
Worse.
Fever & allergy is in full rage now.

Luckily there's a nice vending machine which dispenses Nescafe milo/teh tarik/mocha cafe etc. Hehe!

Bought a couple of stuffs last wk.
A blouse. A steal frm MATCH. $18 only nia! (50%) Hee!
U.R.S heels. In white! Absolutely luv it. =)
A white (fake) leather tote with metal straps. Exactly the one i was looking for!
Aiming for a top. The shop ran outta my size. Hope to get it at other outlets soon.
Ah.. feels great to spend money eh? No more feeling the guilt weighing heavy on my conscience since it's justified by me working. Muahaha...

Gah.
One of the reason i hate office job - Always sitting down at ur own cubicle. I think i'm developing a bigger butt on an already big butt.

The fan whirred soothingly. Like a lullaby.

It's gently breeze a stark contrast to the blistering heat outside.

Someone's radio blared in the background.

Except for the occasional telephone rings & clicks of the mouse,

The call centre remained quiet.

Top 5 things i ABSOLUTELY cannot leave the house without. (In order of importance)
1) Money.
Be it cash or card.
2) EzLink.
Insignificant as it may be, it's an intergrated part of our lives.
3) Hp.
Never hurts to noe that help is juz a call away.
4) House keys.
It's frustrating to realise you're juz outside your hse & u can't enter. Really brings new definition to "So near yet so far". Gah!
5) Watch.
Hp can do the trick tho. Juz feel disorientated without having any grasp of time.

First of all. I've been cruelly deceived.

It isn't at any bank. Nor FI. Fark. It has nothing to do with finance anyway.
My dept is a call centre. NETS call centre.
Juz pick up calls. Answer queries. Make report.
Customer Service. WTH.

And i'm tied up for the nx 2mths. Haix.
I feel like a jailbird.
Ok lah. Not that bad. My collegues are really nice pple.
Some of the other temps are even from SIM. Yay~

On a lighter note.
I'VE WATCHED FINISHED ごくせんII !!

すごいい!! And i'm hana-ing over KAT-TUN now. Can join Yaya & Jan le. Actu i've noticed them yrs back (johnny jrs!), but it's only now that they make me sit up and take notice.
Kame-kun is so cooL in it! Ahh~
