YEARS since i last stepped foot on that island!
Met at 10am at
Bedok to go
Harbourfront. But i was late.. =X Cos i couldn't find that damn freakin frisbee!!! Haha.. but as usual, saw Li on the bus! (at least we're both late tog. =p)
Ate ba chor mee at the hawker before taking bus to sentosa. Reached quite early.. around 12.30am?? But we could only check in at 2.30pm, hence we gotta lug our heavy baggage around the island. Can't help it lah.. though only 2D1N, but we're gals afterall... LOLZ.
We bought the package tix - $29.70 (?) which included, 4 cable car rides,
Sky Tower,
Merlion and
Fort Siloso entrance. Erm.. actually we only wanted the sky tower pass!! O_o Should have bought the Underwater World+Sky tower tix only lah.. would have amounted to same price anw. -sighz. Nvm~! ^^
First location is
Merlion! 4 of us stole the merlion coin!! Hehe.. we're supposed to use it in exchange for a "congrats! u've won a mystery gift", but Rui says it juz a keychain. Hence we decided to keep it! =X Then we're off to
Fort Siloso.. kinda boring lah. Only fun was the playground there. Haha!! Then it was time to check in!! Our hut is really cute!! It's really smaller than i expected lah.. but very cosy! ^^ We din noe there's actually a shuttle bus to bring us in and out of the resort, so while we're huffing and panting climbing up the mountainous slope to the resort, the nice nice uncle horn us to indicate us to hop on! So nice~~ After which we descended again, the uncle juz nice pass by so we got a lift again! Wee~~~ ^^
Took the cable car to Mt Faber. And guess who we saw there... HUIWEN!! Our ahs bball fren!! (Jan, Li and i) Apparantly she's working there FT as a tour guide. Woo~~ Nth to do at Mt Faber tho.. we juz slacked on the tables and chairs, which we presumed belonged to a restaurant. ^^;; Sun very glaring!! And me n Yaya were getting a little cable car sick. Not to mention Rui was terrified to ride on tt thing. Haha~
Went to
Palawan beach to play! Bought a beach ball.. but apparantly the wind was so strong! It was difficult to have a "fair" game.. haha.. maybe we should have bought a volleyball instead. Hmm~ I was on a losing streak! T^T But at least won 1 game lah. -_-;;
Tired, we flopped on the sandy beach and played "Truth or Truth". LOLZ~ And i nv kena!! Haha.. much to the irritance of the rest. =X Later we rushed to the
Sky Tower to catch the sunset but to our dismay, we're late. T^T But nevertheless, the scenery on top is simply b-r-e-a-t-h-t-a-k-i-n-g!! Afterwhich we bought Subway for take away and rushed back to the resort to catch
SI FINALS!
Haha.. practically everyone was gathering infront of the tv by 7.45pm. The group of girls who managed to "chope" the sofas were so damn irritating!! Obviously they were Taufik fans and were making loud comments and openly critisizing Sly. C'MON!! There are Sly fans around too lor.. not that I dun like Taufik but at least have the courtesy to shuddup and let the rest of us enjoy the show in peace. In the end Jan was so pissed that she went over to turn the tv vol up. HAHA. Both were good! Of cos Taufik has got stronger vocals, but i preferred Sly's redition of
I Believe. It was so sincere and honest that even Yaya and Li, who nv watch SI decided to vote for him!! ^^ Yaya even cast

While waiting for the results, Jan, Li and I decided to have a quick dip in the pool, since the pool will be closed by 10pm. Jan finally satisfied me n Li's
DESIRE to see her in a swimsuit!! Whahaha~ Rui and Yaya decided to go bathe first. Afterwhich, we only wore back our shorts and rushed to the lobby to catch the results... totally dripping wet. Haha.. but so sianz. The show was so draggy that we're dry after the results was released. ZzzZz

Back in our cosy chalet, we played "zhong ji mi ma" with "Truth or Truth". Haha.. guess we're all pretty worn out from the morn that we're almost KO by 1am. Rui fell asleep le. *ding dong* Really cmi sia!! Compared to previous chalets, we could have easily played till 3-4am. Bah~
By morn, Rui n Yaya went to swim. Unsuccessful in getting the rest of the lazy bones outta bed. Haha.. After checking out at 10.30am, we headed to Siloso beach to play again! Wanted to suntan but the rest dun wan hence.. it's ball time again! Wow the sun is really scorching man. Rui was sleeping in the shade. Tired from the ball game, we went to the beach to build sandcastle. LOLZ~ Fun!! Could have stayed there the whole day if not Rui was in a rush to pack her stuffs for her Vietnam social work trip few days later.
We washed up at the chalet and went to
Harbourfront to eat
Sakae sushi! YuMz~ Very full! Rui n Jan went home while we shopped around the mall. Later i met my mother to go home, while Li and Yaya met their jap frens for dinner.
Home = unpack >> bathe >> and off to bed. *snorez*
p.s Abit lazy to go for alumni today.. how?!??!
